It's Friday and just a short post.  Done at the gym for the week.  Trying to go Monday, Wednesday, and Friday and I made it this week.  There have been some weather events lately that have precluded my attendance.  We had torrential rain the other day. almost 2 inches in a day.  Before that 18.5 inches on snow on a Monday.  But, this week I made it all week.  I noticed as I am typing this blog that I have a lap.  I haven't lost much weight but the overhang is nearly gone. 
Last May I weighed 259 and now abut 10 lbs less.  However, I used to lift about 85,000 lbs and bike 4 miles in a session now it is 200,000 and 6.25.  Not taking much more time but I am getting a lot of bang for the buck.
We'll see how it goes over the summer.
